I encountered a bug with the Heaviest of Hearts quest. I went to the bar, sat at the bar using the "Sit at the bar | Could use a drink" option, then asked the bartender about Georgina. She sent me to find Jack, but Jack only offered his vendor dialogue. It turns out you have to be standing in front of the bartender, not sitting, for the quest to advance.
