Bugged monsters (no health bar)

Hello, I have a problem with The Witcher 3, in fact I meet a monster that has no life bar. I tried everything to hit it, make it explode, make it move, one shot with a console command, I even tried to resume a previous save to restart the game but nothing to do when the monster appears, its life bar remains at zero, I can not do any damage to it and therefore impossible to kill it and continue the quest (ref. see photo attached to this email).

This bug has already done the trick to me during one of my previous games, it had at the time prevented me from finishing my secondary quest but apart from that no problem, always annoying but not paralyzing.

Except that this time it blocks my progress in the main story indeed, I am at the main quest "the ladies of the forest", I have to follow the traces left by Jeannot to find him, only I have to defeat a water hag who is there to get there and it is precisely this monster that does not have a life bar and which bugs and even if I manage to find Jeannot by going directly to his lair, I am forced to go through the hag again when Jeannot finds his way and this time if I do not kill the hag Jeannot stays hidden he stays where he is instead of moving forward.

So I can no longer advance in the story and I am completely stuck. I have already tried to restart the game but the same phenomenon occurs when I find the monster in the story.

Can you help me please?

First, do you use or used mods?
If yes, you may try to perform a clean install of the game and cross your fingers the issue is not backed into your save file(s).
