Well get this, you can drive it. You can actually drive this beast. Highly immersive, manoeuvring this rig through some of the narrow streets of NC, let me tell ya. Believe it or not, it works, it fits through most of them. Here's how to get it.
You need these 3 mods,

Download, and install them, if you haven't already. Start the game, and call up your vehicle list. Scroll down until you see several Bratsk U4020 listed. For this one, you would want the fourth one. Be sure to spawn it on an exact 0% level stretch of ground, else it can push you through it during spawn.
It will be locked, so you'll need the City H4ck mod to unlock it. Open CET to call up City H4ck's option screen. While aiming at the Bratsk, extend 'VEHICLES' and select "Unlock All". The Bratsk will become "Available" and ready to use. Have fun. Oh yeah, keep in mind that although you can get in on the right side, you'll always get out on the left side. So make sure the left side's never obstructed. Also, consider endorsing all 3 modders alright? They like that.
