Before Hotfix 1.06, my game on PC was stable, playable and other than the occasional NPC up two there knees in concrete or the Sixth street gang member walking 20 feet above the ground, there were no real glitches. After 1.06: Arms stretching across the screen after killing an NPC, loot is now stuck in the ground, purples and a legendary so far are the most annoying, the dark conversation bar stayed on the character screen after finishing Chippin In. Jumped my motorcycle across the entire map from the Aldecados final cap, all the way to Pacifica and lived. Stayed at 10% health until I finally loaded a previous save. Shooting at individuals and doing no damage because I have a hidden call that isnt registering. Calls coming in during a fire fight with no ability to bypass or answer, or shoot. Multiple character deaths resulting.
Still, working through first play through but Hot Fix 1.06 seriously screwed the game worse for PC in my opinion.
