I've tried several things to try to fix this issue. Only occurred after installing mods. I tried looking through bug reports on each of the mods and checked these forums and nothing worked. It only appears on one of my characters (all other saves appear fine even with mods) and the issue isn't present on an earlier version of the same character (though back ~10 hours in playtime). I even did a full clean install of the game with zero success. I have no clue what to do and need assistance.
