I cannot play a phone call now

I am doing the mission to find the lost taxi, and after I drive one of the car to the company parking lot, the bug happened. The video cannot cancel on my left corner, which cause I can't play a phone call on my future playing, so lots of mission I can't completed. Does any body know how to fix that?

I just went far enough and just now noticed that the phone does not work. I think the old save will help, but suddenly there is another way to fix it

I checked the integrity of files in steam the bug did not disappear anywhere
