I finished the main story but can't continue playing. (Spoiler)

So i finished the main story by chosing Johnny and Rogue to storm Arasaka Tower, everything was fine and i looted everything, after the end of the cutscene (Casino Heist) i get the credits and after watching all the messages from V's friends it shows me the option to continue in doing GIGS or return to main menu, and i was able to return to Night City, for curiosity in another ending one that would fit my V was getting help from Panam, and my romance didn't break with that ending but after the credits it would not let me go back to Night City as it says it would, i keep being moved to the Main Menu. It keeps doing the same now with all endings and i can't get my rewards, any way to fix this? or do i have to wait for a patch?...

Maybe the game is hardcoded to only allow one ending per playthrough? Did you load the savegame of your original playthrough, after you got the first ending, or did you load the game before the point of no return?
Is just a guess, but I can imagine, they dont want you to be able to farm endings ^^

I can continua the game and "farm" endings lol xD

Well the thing is that when you continue to do "gigs" the game allows you to repeat the ending again, for you to try a different ending. I was allowed once, but then i did the choice to have Panam to help me and well i got that bug after i skipped the credits and choose to continue.

I have seen that i am not the only one with the problem. I just hope i am able to keep my old V and continue to do things because i want the iconic weapons you get
