i fought the law. bug

so i searched threads on this mission. apparently there are 10 whole pages about this one quest. i read the synopsis on the first page and none of them matched what i'm experiencing. i've called the peralezes' and have been instructed to go to their apartment. however it's telling me to find a way into the red queen still. something i've already done. when attempting to do so again, to progress to the next part, nothing happens.

I have the same problem. The answer I found is to load from an earlier save. Great. I didn't follow up on the problem until 20 hours later. So as far as I know, and I hope I'm wrong, I will be unable to complete the game. I am not going to describe my feelings toward this game as I would be banned from the whole internet if I did....
