I'll Fly Away mission is empty

I've finished the game, I'm on ver 2.12.
All main missions are completed.
All fixer's missions are completed
Cyberpsycho
Tarot cards etc.
I left only the NCPD missions for later to stretch the fun

And yet, the I'll Fly Away mission is stuck empty driving me nuts how to finish it.
Any ideas? screenshot attached

In theory, this quest should be failed/disappear as soon as Panam call you for "The Queen Of The Highway" (to see the basilisk)
So I guess, if you already completed final Panam quest and nomad moved to the new camp, there is no way to complete it
You can contact the support in case, but the "bug" is more the quest shouldn't be available in your journal than being unable to complete it.
