Incorrect stats on M-179E Achilles

The Achilles is a single-shot tech precision rifle, but the numbers are all wrong. Check out the attachment. The per-shot damage is trash and it's labeled as having 10 shots per second as if it were an automatic rifle. In combat it seems to do almost no damage, as described. I know the stats vary based on the level of the item but this looks like a mistake for an Epic level precision rifle. Can anyone else confirm their Achilles rifles are jacked up like this?

Well if i look at the impact it looks like the rifle fires 5 shots at once...so maybe each one is counted ? The Lizie Pistol works similar
