Every time I see a picture by JustAnor, I am amazed. I think, CDPRed should contact her and offer her really well payed job as artist. Her desings of the witcher characters are far superior to any that cdpr has done so far. But that's just my humble opinion. I just feel, that her characters are THE original ones and anything other is just a fan fiction. We really need someone to make 3D models of the witcher characters she has drawn and add them to the game.

@JustAnor25: Very well done! Those are your own works (assuming from the name)? How much time do they usually take to complete? Are you using digital tools (like tablets with a stylus) or classic brushes / pencils and scan your works?
