Minus WHAT???

A typical scope for a weapon will say, "-0.02 seconds to ADS". Does this really mean what it literally says? That the scope shaves 2/100 of a second from the aiming animation? 20 milliseconds ??!!?? Can the game even register that? CAN THE HUMAN EYE even register that?
I was wondering... hoping... that this is a typo in all scopes and it means, perhaps, -0.2 seconds (which I suspect the human eye can't really notice either  , but it would make a modicum of sense.)

What does it mean, seriously? Maybe it's a CDPR joke?

idk if that is what it means but it is a lot for example I know in cs go the top players usually have 1 ms response time monitors or 1 ms mouse response time because it makes a difference I for one wouldn't know considering how bad my eyesight is

I always interpretted as the amount of time it takes to engage the aim (scoped aim) and for it to fully aim in and make the area on which you're scoped in appear clearly, that and if you were to toggle you view between not aimed and aim.If it is a typo, I can't say. But aiming down sights is not a seconds long animation by itself so it actually could be correct.
btw, a -0,02 is a quite small value. I've had scopes that did -0,08 to -0,1 I think. And toggling sniperscopes between targets, it then does make some difference.
Just FYI, the human eye can register that, but how much value it stands to provide your in a particular circumstance is another story.

Don't look at the mod. Install the mod, and mouse over the weapon. The mod effects are listed down at the bottom. Above that is weapon characteristics; which are also useful to look at because those can be different between one weapon and another of the same or similar type.
