Noise in sound when using external sound card

Greetings!

I normally use a external sound card "Focusrite Scarlett Solo Gen. 3" when using/playing with my PC. Today, when I launched Cyberpunk 2077 I noticed that the game audio had some noise, a little distortion. I have not had any noise problems outside the game, neither in other games. I have tried through speakers and headphones. I have tried the different sound settings that are at the preferences menu in the game, but the noise has not dissapeared.

When executing the game using the integrated sound card of the motherboard I had no problem at all. So... some incompatibility with the external sound card is possible?

Well, there are so many different pieces of hardware out there it's pretty much impossible to fully support everything. Maybe that's the case here too, I don't know.

Make sure your drivers are all up to date.

just change sample rate in focusrite control by 44100 and the buffer size by 48

That one worked. Just changed the sample rate. I had no need to change the buffer size. Thanks!
