Like many other players I have the problem that I can't continue Phantom Liberty, because my scanner does not work in You Know My Name. When you are asked to scan the twins the scanner just won't open, no matter what you do:
- press the button (TAB or Caps Lock for me)
- rebind the command
- reload the savegame
- reinstall the game
The problem remains.
By the way: I can't use the scanner at all in the club, but I thought this could have been a story thing. Seems like it's not - it's a bug.
It seems like the scanner is facing many bugs in Phantom Liberty. Some have been fixed with Patch 2.01 (and maybe some with 2.02). But I can read about this issue on Reddit and other websites and the posts are over 2 months old... It is a very well known problem!
