Phantom Liberty purchase no longer recognized on Steam?

+
I have a question regarding Phantom Liberty. I know I've purchased the expansion pack once already, as I have Phantom Liberty save files in my cloud. When I try to load those games on this new PC, I get an error message stating I can't load that file because I don't have PL installed. I go to my steam DLC area for CP 2077, and it's asking me to buy it again. I shouldn't need to buy it again, so how do I get PL downloaded to access my existing save files with PL content?

So you bought the expansion on Steam previously?
On the game menu, the main title is Phantom Liberty instead of just "Cyberpunk 2077"?
You can check if the expansion appear as owned and maybe you simply need to install it in Steam game management :

It's weird because PL is not listed in my transaction history, but I *know* I've played PL because I have PL achievements and PL save files.

Maybe I bought it through CDPR? Is that possible?

I don't think so :(
I could be wrong, but on PC it's available on Steam, GOG or Epic, that's all.

Ah yes, I did buy it through GOG.

I will uninstall my Steam version, and reinstall the game through GOG and hopefully it will include my PL content as well.

If not, I'll contact support with my purchase code.

Yeah, the different platforms will not recognize the DLC between one another. Though, they certainly should. But that would require more cooperation and a sharing of wealth. Highly unlikely where humans are involved.
