Photo mode watchdog timeout! Request for Crash Timeout Extension

I am experiencing a crash in the photo mode of path tracing with my RTX4070Ti. I understand that this mode can take a long time to render, so I would like to extend the timeout time to prevent the crash.

Is it possible to do this from the settings?

Environment:

• CPU: Ryzen 3700X
• RAM: 32GB
• SSD: NVMeSSD
• GPU: RTX4070Ti(Latest Drivers)

Game settings:

• Version2.1
• Path tracing
• 4K & WQHD resolution
• HDR

Feeling your frustration with this. I spend a great deal of time in photo mode and just learned to live with the fact it has a chance of crashing with path tracing. Since i stage my shots its not the end of the world, because a re-stage is easy enough with the use of preset saves in photo mode.

If you taking shots on the fly, OUCH! ...then yes its not a good feeling to loose that KODAK moment.

My setup: and the crashes still happen.

• GPU ASUS ROG Strix OC RTX 4080 16GB (latest drivers)
• Ver. 2.1
• Patch Tracing
• 4K
• HDR

We can hope that they can patch to make it more stable. But until then... X your fingers on each shot... i do
