[BUG] Can't finish mission Cyberpsycho Sighting: House on a Hill

I scanned Peter Greene's corpse before taking out the target, and now the mission is stuck on "Search the area to collect information". The yellow magnifying glass and flashing texture indicates I need to scan his body again, but since I already scanned it, bringing up the scanner just shows the info card from the scan but won't let me perform a scan to end the mission.

I didn't remember that scaning his body is required.
Check in bodies around if there is a shard (not sure it's required, but I think there are some messages on his computer too).
