Ps5 not allowing login

I have the standard edition on my ps5 and have the gog.com ultimate edition on my pc and I recently updated to the latest version on my ps5.

I have the account on my pc connected to my account but when I try and connect my ps5 to the same account it will not allow me to do so.
Please help any and all answers are appreciated

Sidenote: i have tried using the link provided when i go to the cross progession section and also have tried using the qr code as well. Neither one helps at all it only brings me to the splash page for cyberpunk and asks me to purchase

You should directly contact the support, because it might be due to the recent changes of cross-progression and rewards system and there is nothing you can do by your own I guess.
