Ragdoll revision's thoughts and opinions

I have to say the ragdolls are improved but still not there. Legs will break and move the opposite way. There's also a lot of
suspended limbs in mid air when the enemy dies. I just want to know what happened to the ragdolls we saw in the "Tools of Destruction"
trailer? They were amazing. I just used ragdolls in Unreal Engine a week ago and programmed via a tutorial and after viewing this basic ragdoll
I asked myself why CP still looks nowhere as good as this basic feature in UE4? Before, I thought it was a limitation caused by last gen but seeing as
those two versions are clearly separate now I'm confused as to how ragdolls haven't been significantly improved.
