Can we please get a closure on that mission. Like get his dead daughter to her mom or something... Cause this is the 3rd time i'm playing this mission and it is just not right to leave her in the van like that...

Given Regina sends people to get the Cyber, provided you don't kill them, it's likely she'd take care of it.

If you take him down non-lethally, Regina says MaxTac are on their way to collect the Cyberpsycho, I imagine they deal with the situation (no idea if MaxTac has any kind of victim support...)
