Riders on the storm bug? Can't progress

I'm at the cabin in Riders of the Storm when Panam is talking to you on the couch then goes to sleep, and no matter what dialog option I choose I just sit there and the game doesn't progress. I'm a female V so I can't trigger the sex scene I have to assume would happen with a male V so every option just leads to me sitting there doing absolutely nothing and the game not moving forward. Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?

Edit: It finally progressed after like five minutes.

Edit: It finally progressed after like five minutes.

I waited 3 hours, nothing happens... don't know how to fix this, game is broken. The 1.1 patch did not fix this issue
