I'm trying to get into dogtown and I can't progress through the quest. Scripted things did not trigger a few times and I had to restart the game. Now the marker changed to 2.4km and the elevator doesn't work. Can't progress any further. Clicking the elevator buttons does nothing.
Just walked a bit of a youtube walkthrough - no enemies ever spawned for me. Another bug.
