I got this job but when i park in the given location. it doesnt progress. I tried doing the basic workarounds like reloading the save and stuff. None worked

You need to park there and then exit the Car, did you do that?

I was having the same issue, have tried on multiple different occasions to be able to continue this mission and nothing was working. I was using a bike previously (because that's all I had) and today I was like haha what if I got a car and it fixed it

You need to park there and then exit the Car, did you do that?

You don't even have to exit the car. Just has to be a car in the designated spot, not any vehicle.

You don't even have to exit the car. Just has to be a car in the designated spot, not any vehicle.

I needed to exit the car, it wouldn't work for me if I didn't

You need to honk (left control on PC). After a few seconds Ozob will appear and get in.

If you read the objectives properly, it clealry mentions you need to park the car THEN honk.
