Get rid of the "during your turn" part so they can also synergise with Hawker Smugglers which tick when an enemy unit appears during the opponent's turn.

If too powerful then lower the point boost of Farseer's to 1 instead of 2.

Reasoning - it would allow building a deck with sufficient engines to function even when several get killed.
