While messing with mods out of boredom,waiting for 1.1, i've found this mod on Nexus https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/1115 .
The author of the mod swapped the codelines of the Jinchu-Maru Katana or Takemura's Katana with the Military Katana (no actual model swap,just lines directing the game to load different model).So since the Takemura's Katana has legendary version,i tought i'll spawn it instead of the normal, with the mod installed.And holy S***

Seriously doubt this was to be hidden and given as a "free DLC" later on.

At this point I can only be bitter and cynical towards CDPR until they redeem themselves.

After further testing,sadly,when rebooting the game ,the thermal effect is gone!With the tools that we have ATM,i can't do anything further.

Me too, I modded Skyrim and Fallout with lightsabres and would love to do the same in this game once a mod is available. Someone has already made some good 'hoods' but no capes yet, so waiting an all black Jedi cloak with red lining accents and twin red sabres...
