I overall like the talent rework, but why is this only 5% per level?
Like this is so unnoticeable amount, it doesn't matter.
Like the only use case would be falling JUST BARELY high enough to survive a fall, but not still too high or suffering the same fate. It's just way too situational for no reason.
It should be 33/66/100 or 30/60/90 the very least, like what's the worst thing that can happen? You survive falling from too high? How often does that happen? Like it even could be 50/100% and still most people wouldn't take it.
These situational talents should just be far stronger than just your regular "10% more damage" talents when they are so situational.
Unless I'm somehow reading this talent wrong and it actually saves you from maxed "100% damage" from any height, leaving you with 5% health remaining but this is very poorly written if that's the case.
