Somewhat damaged quest line, I have a bug.....phantom liberty - PS5

I think I have a gamebreaking bug in somewhat damaged on PS5. It seems I cant run anywhere, and the bit running across the bridge to escape robot I am moving at walking pace and cant run. That means I cant get away from the robot, and die 1 shot kill everytime. I asked on here about this but no answer. Where to report this bug?

I am reloading earlier saves now, but its kinda spoilt the enjoyment of the expansion now and going through ealier saves now, have to replay large chunks beforehand.

How disappointing this expansion is now, really ruined the game.

has anyone encountered this game breaking bug as i cant progress.
