No you wont, you can get his revolver from the vendor after but not the knife unless you use console commands.
Sadly I am on console.

In my shoes, I barely remember those items and haven't myself had the drive to explore the part of the game you are interested in. Yet am the only one trying to assist, and this is the best I can do. Good luck!

i would also like to fill every iconic weapon spot in my apartment stash rooms but it seems like its bugged and only a few of them even show up anyways.
regarding Alex also saved so mi and betrayed angie and reed. And i felt awful for giving Angie another betrayal after reed betrayed her 7 years ago.
