[Spoilers] Phantom Liberty “Secret ” ending stuck in Loop

Hello! The first PL ending I did was apparently the “secret” ending. I woke up at Langley after 2 years and head back to NC to see Vik. After leaving the clinic I get jumped, talk to Misty and the credits roll. Then I end up back and the menu but when I click continue I’m back with Vik. All I can do is go out, get jumped, talk to Misty and watch the credits again. And again and again.

I don’t have any saves from before firestarter so I can’t even make different choices to try another ending.

On PS5 if it matters. I opened a support case 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything. Anyone find a way around this?

Other than clearing cache there's not much you can do on console. Also see the suggestions from CDPR support for progression issues:
