How can I browse my entire collection of games? Right now it appears I can only see what's installed on my PC.
You probably have this filter active:
If you do, click on it to disable it.

One of my games suddenly became "uninstalled" on Steam, although physically the program still resides on the hard disk. Is there a way to get Steam to recognise the program as installed, without having to install? I can't physically reinstall as there's insufficient disk space.
