Takamura not calling and Mr. Hands won't answer. - Patch 1.6

I cannot progress the story. m'ap tann pelen - (Call Mr. Hands).
He does not answer.

I cannot progress the story. Down the Street - (Wait a day for Takamura's call)
After talking with Wakaka, Takamura and I walk outside to have a conversation.
The quest updates and says (Wait a day for Takamura's call).
I wait.
He calls, then there is no prompt showing "T" answer call.
If you press T anyways it hangs up on Takamura.
Either way, you cannot answer.

These are the only two main story quests I have available, therefore I can not continue to progress the story.

I have completed every gig.
I have completed every side mission I could find.
I have called every person on my cellphone, but no one answers.
Level 45
Level 50 Street Cred.

Do use (or used) mods ?
Do you have a save to load created before Goro's call ?

Yes, I have a Save file.
When you load it, I am standing in front of Wakaka, Takamura and I must speak with her.

Yes, I completed this step prior to my post.
Steam: 1. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. 2. Select the "Local files" tab and click the "Verify integrity of game cache..." button. 3. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

If I choose an even sooner save, like when I'm level 40. The quests work. It just sucks that I lost my progress.

So don't delete this save, at least you have a "backup". Maybe better to lose some progress than being unable to progress...
But I don't know how to "fix" your issue, so the "best" would be to send a ticket to the support ("Contact Us" button). Add your save in which the issue is, could be useful.
