Text message responses are out of order

I noticed that in quite a bit of side jobs, the responses you give are out of order, resulting int he conversation not making sense until you do the entirety of the choices and reread it after.

Also, when you get a new text message, it starts at the bottom, forcing you to scroll up.

Often bugged on PC. Seen it happen irregularly too, first response out of order and second being fine and the other way around.

Same bug here. To be honest it bugs me much less (no pun intended lol) that to message someone I have to go to a menu, select the person from a seemingly randomly organised list from the journal, find the conversation with them, entering one menu after another, deeper and deeper, just so I can tell Regina Jones for example about the cyberpsychos.
This for me is a hundred times more annoying. I have a couple of these jobs unfinished simply cause I can´t be bothered to be lost in the menus.

just saved right before i get a text from judy and tested a bit
it seems to work most of the time, but sometimes it re-orders them incorrectly
not sure how to reproduce this consistently

It annoys me, that you respond and then get 1 or more reponds that appears before your repond
