The clothing mod for fire-proof

So, I'm playing here in 2023 and no matter what I can't seem to find the fire-proof clothing mod. It isn't on any dropped clothing I get, it isn't in any shops, I've run about 6 different play-throughs and I can't find it ANYWHERE. Was this just removed from the game or what? I'd like to even find the crafting spec for it and I get that it's RNG but I don't think I've ever encountered it anywhere even once so far. Is there some way to get it? I play on my Series X.

It is very rare to find it now, I use the cyberware instead now, the shoulder looking one. I think it the clothing mod only randomly drops from killing things.
