BEFORE YOU ASK - I do NOT have an old save prior to the quest, and I have a lot finished and Id rather quit then restart. I need a solution to this problem and I need it asap Please. The marker for talking to johnny is UNDER a random building, nowhere near dogtown as it should be. It doesnt make any sense. why is this still a bug? Ive tried restarting my game, going back to another save (not prior to the quest) and sleeping. Why?!?!?!??? Seriously dude, I spent money for the game and dlc and I get this? what a killjoy.

I found somewhat of a solution, just skip the talking to Johnny part, go to the building where you'll have to wait for Reed on a bench (the next mission objective). You can find the exact place in any walkthough of the mission.
