I have had over ten random crashes and a folder full of screenshots and recordings about bugs.
- I got the known Relic Glitch and that killed a 16 hour save.
- I have bodies floating, falling through walls and standing up. Had a drone trapped inside a staircase that I thank god didn't need to kill to progress.
- I think it's more common for dropped guns to be glitching through walls and floors than them to act normally.
- I played Never Fade Away on Very Hard and you get shot while sitting down, making the car chase impossible if you can't line up 3 head shots in a 3s window, but maybe that's intended. Who knows.
- Random audio tracks are often missing: I have times where all music is gone (radio is muted and the Delicate Weapon BD is literally just people clapping) and very often the hacking music is gone completely and will not return through reloads.
- Reed had a gun stuck in his hand the entire party scene, which was great for the immersion.
- Cops are fighting immortal baddies at the entrance to Pacifica, which persists through reloads as well.
- Very often the "AREA: HOSTILE" overlay will be stuck to the minimap permanently.
- And what broke the camels back was getting soft locked during "Moving Heat" because the car that I'm supposed to steal ISN'T THERE. Reloading a save won't work so I just can't do that mission I guess?
There are a lot of things I haven't bothered to remember or take a screenshot of (the most recent one is that during Moving Heat a guard saw me through a wall and promptly walked through it afterwards), but the most important thing that is hard to get evidence of are the frequent and random crashes when nothing in particular is happening. They aren't happening because a lot of stuff is happening on screen and my PC is well within recommendations. I haven't counted, but closer to 20 then 10 at this point I'm guessing. THIS GAME IS NOT FIXED. It's more broken than it has been in years. Go scroll through the games subreddit and you will find a page full of bugs, but through [...] the bugs are cute now and not infuriating. Well I personally would like the game to be in a point where if I stealth for 10 mins to steal a car, the damn car actually loads in.
