Ther are some things that seem like oversights but, they could also just be really odd design choices so I ask
Why you take away my icons when I change the viewing angle on the map?
Why doesn't the minimap zoom out when I speed up?
Why doesn't the race HUD show when I have a location selected and I'm driving a car?
Why Do some of the vehicles drive likes whales on an ice rink covered in vaseline?
Why is my armor irrevocably linked to how my character looks?
Why do non of the ripper docs offer plastic surgery... even the ones that specialise in plastic surgery?
Why don't the cars have a self-drive facility... even though they drive themselves to you?
Why can't I romance Delamain?
