timeframe for quest

Why is the game so vage when it comes to timeframes for when you can do a quest. But then again, they didn't bother to add level on quests and items either. It's annoying having to use google to try and figure out when i can go do a quest. Just another fail for this quest

You speak for level requirement for quests ?
There are "low/medium/hight/very hight".
For me, in very hard, if it's medium it's good.
"Higth" could be difficult if i enter in combat vs more than 2 guys. "Very hight", not even in dreams.

The topic was about timeframes to do quests. I just added in the other thing, as i didn't see a reason to make another topic for that, as it went under the "lack of information"

No delay for any quests (except "Happy Together").
You can doing them when you want to do it.

I'm not talking about delay for quest. But the time the quest giver is there when you arrive at the spot

[...] Originaly there was a difference. This was about the game being vage when it tells you when to do a quest. The other was about V his sitting and waiting for a ridiculous amount of hours, for NPC's to show up. But someone somehow applied in that topic, about what i said in this one
