Hey,
I'm sure it has been asked for, but I hope there will be casino's and gambling maybe even illegal betting on races or sports like boxing etc.
I bet the mods could answer that. I've seen discussions on investing in markets but not casinos/gambling/betting.
I don't think we've seen official word one way or the other. There is a thread on the topic though - https://forums.cdprojektred.com/index.php?threads/gambling-in-night-city.10984475/.

Ya know that raises a good point. Looking back at the source material from CP2020 there is quite a number of things that require an exorbitant amount of $$, so there should be just as many lucrative, if not illegal(and equally dangerous), ways to earn said $$. this is night city after all.

Heck, I want to rob a bank and die in a blaze of glory(in-game), FREEEEDDDDDOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!

Random idea:
- what about an implant/jewel/whatever which would be like a fashion... it would change its color depending on the emotions

I think that I saw something like this already exists nowadays... could be kinda cool for whatever reasons.

  • Accessories as fashion elements (little to no stat impact).Chains, bracelents, earings, watches, piercings, rings
  • HUD coloration options. In the demo the HUD was red with some other different colored elements. Give the player the option of changing the base color (or even the minor elements color), green, blue, purple etc..

So I would like two main things, the first is mouse and keyboard support on Xbox, I think it would improve the game and ease of play tremendously. The second, is admittedly something ive already seen in the forum, but modding support, though ideally without taking away the ability to get achievements like skyrim and fallout do, because honestly there is no reason to do that.

From ghetto mechanic to High End Tuning Garage

-Swap-able engine (Just changing engine sounds)
-A really really loud Supercharged V8/V12 engine
-A really really loud Turbocharged and loud blow off valve
-Shoots out unburnt fuel/fire from exhaust when changed gear or de-acceleration

and bring this Soviet Sports car (Melkus RS 1000) and Cyberpunk it

please for the long of all that is good and customization please let me play this in 3rd person. like i get people want a fps but not everyone does. why give us customization options for a character were never gonna see. at least give me the option like in skyrim. guns melee weapons, the witcher is one of my all time favorite games for its story and beauty but if it was first person a lot would be lost. i have been waiting for this game since it was first announced and i just dont wanna be dissapointed

I'd love to see exoskeleton in game. Two types of exoskeleton:

1. Surgically attach exoskeleton to player. Like in a movie Elysium (film).
Is an implant.

2. Exoskeleton, device/equipment that is worn on the character.
Is an clothes.

p.s. player will become stronger, and cool visual effect.

A small thing that may not mean much to some people, but I like when there are games within the game. Saw in the trailer people playing pool, so it would be kind of neat to just sit back and chill with some people, play some games for money and all that. Various other kinds of gambling and such. Cards, dice, whatever. Drinking games. Maybe some dangerous ones like five finger fillet, or another cyberpunk style game. Racing is fine, I guess, but it's a bit overdone imo. Outside the box is what I want.

Hello, don’t know if this has been mentioned before in this form for ideas for cyberpunk 2077. Nevertheless, I would like to see fully integrated head tracking incorporated into the game with hardware devices such as natural point trackir 5. The reason I would like to see this implemented in the game, is because I’m handicap in my left arm and hand. And it’s extremely difficult for me to move my character and look around with the mouse at the same time and/or aim a weapon. Furthermore, the natural point trackir five is a head tracking system and it basically turns the mouse in a videogame to head movement, so no matter where you look and/or aim it is always precise. In addition, if head tracking was a part of this game I would be able to play the game as intended. However, with the way most games are designed I cannot play as intended because I cannot perform the tasks that are required in game to complete objectives. With a head tracking system implemented in the game utilizing the natural point trackir five system, I would be able to use my head movements to look where I’m going and to look where I’m aiming. Without a head tracking system implemented in the game I will be severely limited to the types of tasks and or objectives I will be able to perform when playing the game. Aspects such as, if I had to duck and roll and Dodge in order to stay alive in a firefight, I will not be able to perform these type of tasks. However, with a head tracking system implemented within the game these mundane tasks that most individuals can perform without question, I would be able to do as well. In addition, a perfect example of the natural point track IR five head tracking system would include arma 3. Lastly, I really do hope that you will consider putting this in the game, because even though it is unintentional, I do feel as if most game developers discriminate toward disabled individuals, because they don’t make their game completely customizable and configurable. In addition, head tracking would be a great asset to cyberpunk 2077 because it would add in an immersion factor that most games lack.

Here is another possible solution for you. Completely flexable interface system developed WITH the disabled community. PC and Xbox support.

I have been looking into Xbox adaptive controller as well. and it would work great for a lot of situations. However, it requires 3.5mm connections, which can be rare to find on game controllers such as flight sticks or fighting arcade sticks. However, the usb connections are fantastic. In my case I'm wondering if I could connect the trackir 5 to the right right joy stick and use the head tracking functionality in this upcoming game and others. if that was the case then all that would be needed is to allow the camera auto center when you look back to center.

the only issue in doing this way for trackir 5 is that it uses software to activate the hardware, now if there was a way to connect it to the xbox peripheral and let the trackir 5 still be recognized by the pc so it can be started by the software I could see this working, only on pc though.
I do have to say that Microsoft has been great at trying to come up with ways to get everyone on a equal playing field.

Their would defiantly would need to be a handshake between the track Ir 5 with the adaptive controller and the trackir software for this to work. and for the adaptive controller to recognize the that head tracking unit is in fact a head tracing unit.
This is why I say that it would be easier for the cyberpunk development team to implement head tracking using the trackir 5. because out of the head tracking systems this one extremely well.

I can't speak to whether it would be easier, only that getting dev support for devices like the Trackir 5 may be tricky. The Adaptive Controller is likely to gain wider support, being backed by microsoft while also benefitting the widest possible range of disabilities. So it's a tough one.

There are a host of 3.5 based accessories for the AC that may be able to help expand your options.

I was thinking if there could be a retro themed style with people from the '80s or '90s, sporting classic decor. It could be a virtual simulation or something which is done by choice by a citizen to look towards older times. They might take advantage of modern technology to relive their past memories and this is something I would love to see in the game.

Like, there'll be atleast one person who would be nostalgic to point that they altogether wish for a different time and with the tech in 2077, they might actually be able to do it. (Design idea for the world)

Is there any chance you of being able to include mechanics that hello you to scale walls and ceiling to position yourself strategically?

sorry, I haven't replied, been busy looking into arcade sticks and the adaptive controller. it seems as if the adaptive controller will be useful, but head tracking with trackir 5 would be perfect for not only the theme of the game but also, the lifestyle the game npc's reside within. In addition, I think it'd be beneficial for project cd red to include head tracking because it would help not only disabled individuals, but abled bodied persons as well. and if the could make head tracking compatible with the adaptive controller, then there would be the ultimate fix. I'm just wondering how people without arms or legs would play a game regardless of the title without head tracking and voice commands. and that would be another useful tool would be voice commands.

yes I do agree project cd red would need to work with the natural point to get it implemented properly. and that would require partnerships etc.
