Yep, we could said that "a good 7 runs" and all the endings.
In fact,
- First run in december :
100% without any spoiler, just one ending. The Star (Nomad > leave with Panam seems to be obvious. I didn't know about Judy at the time, what a great moment when Panam said "there is someone who wants to talk to you").
- Second run.
100% with some spoilers only to be sur to have 70% for johnny. (In first run, I think I was too friendly with him) > All the other endings.
A damn special ending's evening, too good !
- And all the following.
100% with only The Star (I can't leave Judy, It's not an option).
Reason I asked is, to shortly recap my experience over the last half year... My first run was with Nomad and I basically did only the main story and the Judy and Panam side quests, I did learn of River through the Peralez quest, but I never finished any of those quests back then.
After the Heist, I first did the Panam missions and when we got to the dust shack, only then did I learn of the orientation thing, so Panam was not eligable for my V. So then I focussed on Judy and we hit it off and the lake. After that only thing that remained was the Parade and then Embers. I choose the help of the Nomads (seeing as how I was one to begin with). I was also very happy when Panam said she'd have a surprise for me.
Anyway, after that ending (The Star) I was not able to do real life properly for the entire damn weekend after. and even then it was... heavy sort to speak.
When I finally decided to do a rerun for my Nomad character, primarily to also get to see more of all the side stuff my headcannon started to ptich in that also caused me to start a Corpo run, to see how that would start and playout.
Now, over 200 (plus an added 50 because I restarted the Nomad after I fucked up with Meredith) I found myself doing the Arasaka ending for my corpo yesterday, and subsequentially the Sun ending just now and I'm starting to feel a bit like how I did after my first run. That rollercoaster of emotions is coming back.
Also, I have to say, while the cutscenes in the endings are relatively short and simple, to see that face of my V, somehow it hits home.
And to keep with a bit of headcannon, With the past weekend, I also feel like the story of Corpo Callie has more or less come to an end.
The two large screenshot posts from this page are testment to that I'd say.
In view of my playtime, I'm not sure "stay sane" it's a good words in my case
(maybe better to said "not be more insane"... I don't know...)
Haha, yeah I suppose you could also say that
Now I have to leave it for a while, wait until the next patch/dlc, whatever comes along, and continue with the story of my Nomad Character. The main run as I like to view it.
Btw, any tips for the secret ending, not to overplay my hand? As far as I understand what it is (please no spoilers!) it would be a fitting alternative for how I roleplay my Nomad: Callie.
