2070 RTX Max Q w RT

I have an Acer Predator Triton 300 with 16gb ram, RTX 2070 Max Q with 240Hz monitor and it's playing this game rough!
I've tweaked all of the settings on my laptop to ultra latency or highest performance possible, still only getting around 45 to 60 fps with raytracing on medium depending if I'm in the city or just in buildings.
Not sure what else to do other than purchase a 6 month membership from GeForce now so that I can play it in its glory with all on highest settings...

I'm not a big streamer at all, just looking for some advice, though my stream does cut the fps down by around 10fps.

I would not use GeForce NOW if you want to stream the game, since the game they give you is already compressed + with the compression of twitch the final output stream will not look good at all and waste the fact that you want to play on high settings. i would go on ultra / high with dlss at quality for best look for performance.
