Just Be Wear before start the mentioned mission.
While I had played the mission called A Like supreme. I figure out by a chance (after patch 2.02) that if you finish this mission without putting on Johnny's Shades and the Replica Jacket or even having them in your inventory. Though the game will force you to have a new Copy on both of them, even though already having them on V's Stash "Storage". However, you can't get ride of those duplicated ones no mater what. It's like some sord of a glitch or something.
Work around fix:
I replay the mission from a previous saved file and put those cloths (johnny's shades and the Jacket before starting the mission) and that's pretty much it.
