Best Nervous and Cortex Cyberware for a Rifle Sniper

The character is intended to pick enemies off at long range with a sniper rifle. What's the best cyberware to put in his Nervous System and Frontal Cortex?

Edit: Also, what Operating System?

There is not much choice in cyberware sadly.
Frontal Cortex - just put crit dmg and crit chance. Third just whatever, wont help with sniping.
Nervous System - I would put Maneuvering System for that sweet second jump in the air (coupled with Fortified Ankles for max jump high), nice way to take the the high ground for it is over then.
