[BUG] GIG: Waiting for Dodger, Skirt texture and more

It is impossible to complete the quest Waiting for Dodger peacefully.
The characters hit a soldier with a car while leaving

+ There is a cult item of the first level in the crate (as well as some other iconic items in Dogtown)

Strangely enough, everything was fine in version 2.0

The texture of the skirt breaks if you put on an object that overlaps it
a pretty old bug
But with the new jackets added with Phantom Liberty, it's even more insulting.

apart from a black skirt and trousers, there is little that can be combined with them
we need more corpo clothes for legs

Calls from El Capitan at every car theft are completely unnecessary, and simply annoying.

It just looks ridiculous



There is little hope that you will fix this game, but at least take a note for future projects.
