[BUG] Navigation button (Silver) in the Deck Builder is not responding when on the left

When I'm in the Deck Builder, I can easily navigate back and forth between the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and All categories by clicking their buttons. With one exception. When Silver is on the left-hand side, I can't click it. I can still navigate left, but only by using the arrow or the Q key. If any other category than Silver is on the left, I can click it.

A related issue: When clicking on the right button, it navigates instantly. But when you click the left button, there's a 0.2 second delay or so. Inconsistent.

Again: This doesn't apply when using Q/E or the arrows, only when clicking the 'box buttons' highlighted in the screenshot.
