I fear there is going to be many more bug reports like these. So better get them in good shape:
I am on "Epistrophy: Rancho Coronado" and the I found the cab. It goes around in a large circle around a couple blocks. I completely mows through pedestrians, my car and traffic. Inpenetrable, I followed it for 3 rounds around those blocks, and the quest does not trigger.
I observed the following behaviour:
* The call from Delamain when entering the area could not be answered/was not auto-accepted
* I dropped right into the next step of the mission
* I am now stuck on "Find the Delamain cab in Rancho Coronado"
* I found it, tried to block it, following the, the step/mission won't resolve.
Too bad, the Delamain side-quest series started out really nice, love its design and idea. Those bugs/failures completely ruin the experience.
Official recognition for that bug is highly appreciated.

p.s. I am new to this forum, but since this game is more like some kind of dystopian mass beta-test, I feel like reporting bugs in an orderly fashion might help.
If there is an official bug tracker (boy does this game need one) I would appreciate a link to it.
