BUG | STUCK [not the garage door] in "I've seen that face before"

After killing the brother and sister in the garage, the game wants me to put on a netrunner outfit. But the outfit is nowhere to be found - not on the corpses, not on the bag that Alex left on top of the car's trunk and not in my inventory. I can't progress past this point. Reloading to a previous save made no diference.

Playing on PC, windows 11, GOG launcher, with CET with only one mod installed (FreeFly).

You should have wait, and eavesdropped their conversation, it gave an additional quest.
