Wanted to report/share some of the bugs that I found during my 26h in game, as I haven't found the option to report them otherwise.
Bugs:
1. Disabling the cyberware on the Sasquatch boss fight wouldn't disable all of her cyberware as she was still jumping and moving quickly despite that. (and the duration is supposed to be 42s)
2. Sometimes the items cannot be looted - there is an icon but the stash/body cannot be looted.
3. Last part of the Delamain quest line is a little buggy -
4. The underwear bug - (apart from inventory menu) after an hour or two into game instead of being completely naked it started showing pants (in 1st person and in mirrors etc) - minor bug, as You're usually not looking down naked but still there
5. Car physics - I mean this is not game breaking but little annoying in the long run when they don't position well (i.e. the quest above), start flying or bugging; And when they move through small obstacles (like trash on the badlands and block (on small pieces) or move strangely.
6. Low density of NPC/people/cars even though its set to high (maybe like add an ultra option and double it in some high density districts?).
7. The animation of cars (especially visible in the Badlands or long roads/highways) being seen way ahead of You but when You come closer to them they disappear is really annoying - would love to see and interact with more cars, and not just drive through empty highways
8. Performance drop during the races (apart from that games runs smoothly)
9. V appearing bald in mirrors when wearing any kind of helmet/hat; Same goes for the wetsuit.
10. In the quest "These boots are made for walkin'"
11. Sometimes the sound of Panam and Claire sounded strange in the car. (overall sometimes it bugs)
12. Sometimes during conversation there is a bug that it is said to fast or 2 of them triggers at the same time and it is not possible to follow the conversation or text on the screen
13. Not sure 100% when, but also I cannot trigger the Chippin quest -> maybe I am not that far ahead but still EDIT: it triggered, just after the Tapeworm quest.
14. Some minor bugs like occasional (now after patches) weapons staying on the ground even though I looted them, some animations not working correctly (ie Jackie's chopsticks), T-poses (but only like 3 during my playthrough)
EDIT: found some more:
15. not being able to pick up stuff, cause even though my cursor is pointing at a create/weapon/body it is not reading and enabling me to pick stuff (and meed to get 'creative' with positioning to pick up stuff)
16. Police level raising to fast (like 4stars after 4kills?) and appearing out of nowhere + they are too overpowered
17. The minimap should zoom out a little more when You're driving, as it is hard to see when You need to take a turn to get to the objective
18. Quest "Violance" - couldnt see Liam in the club at all; progressed by sheer luck.
Also some quality of life improvements notes:
1. Hairdressers - how there are no hairdressers? I mean I know we don't see V often, but still it would've been nice to be able to change the basics of the appearance like hairstyle, beards, makeup etc --> since in the world You can change/modify all of Your Cyberware (and in lore body) but not change those? Especially since the option was available in Witcher 3 but not here?
2. Respecs - It would be nice to be able to respec once easier/cheaper that 100k eddies? for people to correct some of the beginner mistakes later into the game?
3. Apartments - Some more apartments/furniture to buy as it would be nice to freshen up the apartment and move to a better district?
4. Clothes/Style- Some way to unify clothes? As if I recall correctly the world is all about style, but for like 80-90% I look comically/bizzare as I change through different equipment to have the best stats
5. Build in FPS Counter - the game run mostly smoothly/stable. but would love to see how my setup is performing without using 3rd party software.
6. Quests - Firstly if there would be option to filter them out a little better as after a while there is a small mess - like maybe side quests from major characters and random people. Secondly if there would be an option to insert the distance to the quest into the journal, to be able to select side quests based on Your distance to it without having to select a quest, going to map, checking the distance and going back to journal to select another one
For the time being that's all, if I find something more will add later.
Worth mentioning that the game is quite well optimized for PC as I am able to run the game smoothly (stable 30-35fps with everything on high/ultra in 1440p) on I5-7600k, Geforce 1080 8gb, 16gb RAM and SSD drive. Positively surprised after struggling a lot with Horizon Zero Dawn at PC launch. Otherwise no super game breaking bugs, that would ruing the experience for me, but would go much better if those above wouldn't be present (only number 3 really irritated me).
Cheers!

3. Last part of the Delamain quest line is a little buggy -
when You receive the car I had to reload it a couple of times (like 5-6) for it to position correctly as I wasn't able to enter the vehicle and there was no option to do it otherwise

, when You can get Your old ride back You can pay only 100E$ for the car - shouldn't the number be higher as all of the cars are MUCH more expensive?
