So I left Panam in the Motel bar during our first mission together, which caused a common bug.. my cars cannot be called, garage cannot be accessed, cars bought do not make a difference. I kept pressing on in hopes that it would fix itself. I am now a lvl 43 V with almost every mission complete, save for phantom liberty. I have progressed too much to have the patience to start a whole new save just to be able to drive.. I am now stuck playing the entirety of phantom liberty on foot or trying to escape police due to hijacking..
