Cannot equip weapons.

Ths is my 3rd playthru and 3rd time ı get this bug. I am at riders on the storm quest. Panam called me to the "Mobile camp"
When I fast travel or buy stuff from the vendor, I lose the ability to equip my weapons. Any idea would be grateful

Inside the Nomad camp area ?
Not 100% sure, but I believe it's a "safe area" (like in the AfterLife), so you can't change/equip/hold weapons, you can't call a vehicle,... You have to go away a little further

I had a Similar glitch while at the second nomad camp, it did not matter how far away from the camp I walked I could not call a vehicle, using fast travel fixed it for me and it hasn't happened again so far.

I would suggest driving to the camp and not using any fast travel or the camp vendor until after completing the mission, then if the bug persists you can at least try fixing it with a reload or fast travel back into the city.
