Cannot Update Game

There is no choice of updating Gwent in GOG, and when I choose verify/fix, I get a server error message. I uninstalled Gwent, and tried to re-install it, but it gave me the same server error.

Hi guys. Happy to help you out. Had this same issue (version unknown) and fixed it.

1) Turn off Windows Firewall. Try Verify/Repair. If doesn't work, next step -->>

2) Quit GOG Galaxy. Delete folders:

%userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\CDProjektRED\Gwent
C:\ProgramData\CDProjekt RED
C:\ProgramData\GOG.com

Try Verify/Repair. If doesn't work, next step -->>

3) Uninstall Gwent, uninstall GOG. Clean registry with CCleaner. Restart computer. Install GOG UNDER A NEW PATH (different folder, disk).

This should do it. In my case it was the firewall, so keep it off while troubleshooting.
